However, our rooms are fresh and temperature in Positano is not so high, meaning that air conditioning is not necessary. Maybe we were in the process of replacing a toilet seat at that time? The guests didn't leave any feedback on that when they were here so we were not able to help! We would have offered any form of compensation! Air conditioning: rooms don't have air conditioning but there is an electric fan provided. Moreover, all our rooms have a private bathroom and all toilets have a toilet seat. I don't remember which room our guest is talking about but we can assure that also our rooms without a private terrace are fantastic! Not only those with a private terrace. We are sorry that our guest Hatty wasn't happy with the room.
